BUY TICKETS

How do I buy tickets for Saltimbanco?

Tickets for Saltimbanco may be purchased online, by phone, at 320-1111 or at SM Ticket outlets.

 

Which credit cards are accepted?

Online tickets may be purchased using VISA, American Express, Mastercard or JCB.

 

How do I buy tickets without a credit card?

Tickets may be purchased with cash at the show’s onsite box office during show times only, or in any SM Ticket outlets.

 

How can I reserve a specific seat?

The online ticket buying process does not allow reservation of specific seats. For your convenience, the online process offers the four best available seating options (per section) for you to choose from (given your desired number of seats). If you wish to select specific seats, please call 320-1111.

 

What is the maximum number of tickets allowed per purchase?

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased through website is twenty (20). Should you wish to buy more than twenty tickets, please call  320-1111.

 

What is a credit card’s verification code (also known as ‘verification number’)?

A Mastercard or VISA credit card verification code is a three-digit number located at the back of the card, at the end of the signature space. American Express cards’ verification codes are four-digit numbers found at the front of cards, just above and to the right of the credit card number.

 

Does Cirque Club offer pre-sale tickets to Saltimbanco?

Yes. Cirque Club members get a chance to buy pre-sale tickets with a 15% discount 24 hours before the actual on sale date

 

Are tickets available for persons with limited mobility?

Yes, tickets for persons with limited mobility may be reserved with a credit card through on-line purchasing or by calling  320-1111.

Those who are availing of a PWD (Persons With Disability) discount are requested to present a government-issued identification such as a PWD i.d., as mandated by Philippine law. Those who fail to present proper identification will be required to pay the difference at the venue's box office.

At what age must children purchase tickets?

Tickets must be purchased for children two (2) years of age and older but not more than 4 feet in height.  Children more than 4 feet in height are considered an adult and needs to pay the regular price. Children under two years of age are admitted to Cirque du Soleil shows for free, however they must remain on the lap of a parent at all times. Please note that many of our shows involve loud noises and periods of darkness which can frighten some children.

 

Are there group ticket rates?

There are no group ticket rates. Should you like to reserve tickets for more than twenty (20) or more, please call 320-1111.

 

Is my transaction cancelled when the countdown reaches zero?

There will be no visible countdown in the system but a guest is given an ample time of  20 minutes to complete the buying transaction.  If this given time lapsed, the tickets are put back into circulation.

 

What are the various methods of ticket delivery?

There is no available method of ticket delivery because it can only be taken via ticket print at home or at the box office.

 

What is an electronic ticket?

An electronic ticket is a ticket emailed to you (as a PDF document) minutes after your purchase. Print the electronic tickets on your printer and bring them to the show. It is important that each ticket be printed on its own sheet of paper and never attempt to change the size of the ticket print-out. Electronic tickets require Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer in order to read and print them. It’s free, and can be downloaded at Adobe Acrobat's website.

 

What do I do if my computer crashes while purchasing tickets?

If your computer crashes during an online ticket purchase, call our telephone hotline immediately, at 320-1111. It’s important to include as much information about the purchase as possible.

 

What is the Tapis Rouge treatment?

Cirque du Soleil’s VIP Tapis Rouge treatment includes the best seats under the MOA Arena, as well as succulent hors-d'oeuvres, wines, refreshments and desserts provided by the Manila Hotel during intermission, and a Tapis Rouge gift.

 

Is there a Tapis Rouge option for Saltimbanco?

Yes.

 

Are there Saltimbanco gift certificates?

Yes. They can be bought on-line or at the box office.

 

Are there discounts for travel agents?

There are no travel agent discounts for any of Cirque du Soleil’s shows.

 

Are there military discounts?

There are no military discounts for the show.

 

 

 

Are there Senior Citizen Discounts?

Yes, there are.  Tickets are given at 20% discount from the regular adult price.  However, if a Senior Citizen is also a holder of our sponsoring credit cards or a person with disability, he can only choose one discount scheme and effect it.  Normally, it is a maximum of 20% discount only. 

Those who are availing of a senior citizen and PWD discount are requested to present a government-issued identification such as but not limited to: driver's license, senior citizen's I.D. and the like, as mandated by Philippine law. Those who fail to present proper identification will be required to pay the difference at the venue's box office. For more information please refer to the guidelines posted in www.hoopla.ph.

 

How can I get a Cirque Club ticket voucher?

Ticket vouchers are only valid for Cirque du Soleil shows presented under our Big Tops in North America and are not applicable to our arena and theater performances.

 

Are you selling a regular gift voucher?

Yes.  The price of which is equivalent to a posted price of a ticket specified in the system.

 

 

PURCHASED TICKETS

I’ve lost my ticket!

As long as you know your confirmation number and confirmation password during your on-line buying, you can still reprint a new ticket with exactly the same detail as the one lost/misplaced.

 

I’ve lost my order no./or confirmation!

If you’ve lost your order no. or confirmation, contact our telephone hotline by calling 320-1111. Please provide them with the most amount of information as possible, such as the name of the person the reservation was made under, the last four digits of the credit card used to purchase the tickets, the number of seats bought, the time and date of the show, and/or your confirmation number and password.

 

Can I exchange or cancel my tickets?

All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.

 

Can I give my tickets to someone to use?

To avoid any issues at the Arena entrance, the person(s) to whom you have given your tickets should have a photocopy of both sides of the credit card used to purchase the tickets (the first 12 numbers of the card may be blacked out), a photocopy of one of the purchaser’s pieces of identification (such as a driver’s license), a letter acknowledging the gift signed by the purchaser, and the confirmation number/password.

 

What should I do if I can’t print my electronic tickets?

If you cannot print your electronic tickets, please contact our telephone hotline at 320-1111. It’s important to include as much information about the purchase as possible, such as the name of the person the reservation was made under, the last four digits of the credit card used, the number of seats bought, the time and date of the show, and/or your confirmation number/password.

 


MISCELLANEOUS


Are there any discounts, contests or promotions for Cirque Club members?

You will find all the offers available for the members in the Cirque Club section of the Cirque du Soleil website, under the "Offers" tab.

 

What do I do if I think I lost something at a Cirque du Soleil show?

Please contact us, and we will forward your message to the Cirque du Soleil touring team.

 

Can I access the on site boutique if I don’t have tickets to the show?

It is possible to access the gift shop on any show day, even if you don't have a ticket. Please go to the show site during a performance and the Cirque du Soleil staff will gladly welcome and usher/escort you to the gift shops. We suggest you arrive half an hour after the show starts, in order to insure all the patrons are seated inside.

 

Are there toilets on site? 

Yes, the Arena provides regular toilet services, including running water and handicapped persons access.

 

Will there be Saltimbanco merchandise available?

Yes, there will be Saltimbanco products available at the gift shop of the show or from our online Boutique.

 

May I take pictures during the show?

For licensing and security reasons, all photo and video cameras (with or without flash) are strictly prohibited within the Arena show area.

 

Will mobile phones with built-in cameras be allowed inside the show area?

Yes, they are allowed as long as you put them on silent mode and no photoshooting will be done.

 

Is there any parking available?

Yes.  There are adequate parking spaces allocated for guests, which is located just across the MOA Arena.
